1. Payment Processing
PayPal: Payments made via PayPal are processed automatically, typically within 10 minutes.
Stripe / Credit Card: Payments made through Stripe or credit card are manually confirmed, usually within 8 hours. We’re working on enabling automatic processing to improve speed.
2. File Availability for Download
Once payment is confirmed, your digital files will become available in your 3DxSTL account download library. The availability time depends on your payment method:
PayPal Orders: Files are typically available for download within 24 hours, but often much sooner.
Stripe / Credit Card Orders: Files are available within a maximum of 18 hours after confirmation.
Average Processing Time: Most files are ready for download within 2–3 hours during business hours
Please understand that due to high volumes and technical checks, some files (especially newly uploaded ones) may take slightly longer to process. We always aim to ensure fast and smooth access to your files.
